I'm just going to put it out there that I can't always come up with decent excuses to spend all of my might for the sake of it. A cap is fine, but penalties for not posting are just as much punishments for not adding to the world as not having the time or inspiration to do so.

This isn't Garry's Mod, it's an RP. This is a collaborative story and a cooperative effort. Right now it feel like people are talking as if it's a competition.
