Matt looked at Kat and he hugged her tightly. [color=00aeef]"I know it's real."[/color] He opened the door to their room and he put Grace down on the bed, she had fallen asleep as they had walked up the stairs. Taking Kat by the shoulders and turning her to look at him she pulled a small box out of his pocket. He looked at her and for the first time he was worried she would break his heart for a split second. That feeling disappeared almost immediately. 

[color=00aeef]"I bought this for you about three weeks after Grace was born."[/color] He opened it and slid the beautiful ring onto her left hand.

 [color=00aeef]"I'm not sure how people get married in the new world. If it's like the captain of the ship I think Nikki would be good enough to marry us."[/color] He looked at Kat's face and kissed her jawline to her mouth in the most sensual way possible. 

[color=00aeef]"You are the only woman for me and I'll wait if you want me to but you are not going to push me away. If you really don't love me that's one thing but I'll not allow you to push me away because you think badly of yourself." [/color]

Matt got down on one knee and asked her [color=00aeef]"Kat,  will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?"[/color]
