Yeah dragons are very rare, I prefer to keep it that way. I like the idea where dragons are potentially the strongest creature but are so few in numbers and have so little influence in the world that they are neither the most major of threats nor so commonplace in the world for them to be rampant or well known other then from legend.

Edit: On that note I typically shy away from dragon based rps since it kind of breaks that rarity on dragons.
