As someone who absolutely loves Umineko no Naku Koro Ni... if you watched the anime you are [i]not[/i] getting the full story at all. ^^;

You kind of need to read the sound novel to know why there's magic lightsabers and how each type of truth works.

Umineko is also waaaaay more complicated then Higurashi so you do have to really pay attention. ... And also get the patch that changes the sprites to the PS3 version because it [i]really[/i] badly needs that.
