She couldn't believe the arrogance of this doctor, and the complete and utter disregard for he had for human life. What if she was allergic to whatever he had just injected her with? Had the man simply given up? or was he like this before? What had he given her? She could figure it out from the effects it worked on her, that false calm, the soothing effect that was non-the-less unnerving. It was a sedative of sorts, and she struggled against it, knowing it was foolish, but unable to stop herself. The way she was handled about as if she were nothing more then a sack of flour made her feel angry, but in the position she was in, she couldn't do anything about it. And the sedative was just making her more panicked, although it wasn't showing, aside from an increase in her breathing. How ironic was it that she didn't actually like using drugs on herself, but that she had been a pharmacist? Astrid was saying something, but it seemed far away. She wriggled, and let out a small whimper. How long was she going to be tied up? "Just get them off. My brother was kidnapped and I would have been too, if I hadn't run off..." Why was she even saying that? As if that could excuse her behavior? They were all messed up. Some more then others. She just wanted her hands free, so she didn't have to think about things in the past. "Please" She knew her voice sounded slurred, and that she probably wasn't make any sense, but she didn't care.
