Azad loves a good fight and being a mix of the best warriors in Tamriel, he tends to excel. He prefers the head on approach in combat, attacking fast, hard, and precise. His defense is lacking, as he wears light armor and his only means of blocking is his blade. As stated before, he makes up for this by attacking with quick ferocity, leaving no time for hesitation. His offensive style allows him to avoid attacks, making a shield and heavy armor unnecessary. Of course that means he can be in trouble against strong enemies who manage to land a blow. While preferring a direct approach, Azad understands the need of subtlety and finesse. His upbringing in Riften allowed him to become skilled at lockpicking and coercing people, though through fear and force than persuasion.

Azad can be described as cynical and reserved. He is doubtful of most people, Adrian being the only person he truly trusts. Azad is not exactly an angel, he is not averse to stealing if it suits his goals, but he doesn't make a habit of it. He shares Adrian's love of exploration and finds a beauty in Skyrim that no woman could ever match. Azad can be very vengeful when someone wrongs him and will slice down anyone who crosses him without a seconds hesitation. He is generally anti-social, talking to people only for business reasons. Adrian is the only person he feels at ease with and considers him the only family he's ever known.[/center]
