'oh no oh noo' Jeff thought to himself as he did his best to struggle all he could. Of course there was little to no hope of getting free whatsoever but he couldn't help but try. Especially seeing his best friend treated like a rag doll right in front of his eyes. Upon seeing him launched skyward Jeff's heart sank. He could only suspect the worse from something like that. Powers or no powers. 
Even with all the struggling Jeff could bailey mutter the words,
"Da....cer..I...I..mmm... ssoosssorrryyy..."
