"what just happened...?" Jeff muttered quietly to himself as the rush of power that was bestowed upon for that one moment quickly sputtered to a stop and thus leaving him dazed and confused on what exactly just happened to him. Whatever it was seemed to actually make a moment dent on him, but even that seemed to not be even close to enough. 
'well whatever that was, I need it again and fast! He seems pissed now!!!!'
Could he perhaps summon this power again? Jeff began waving his arms around as if he was trying to summon the wind like before, but to his not surprise, there was nothing this time. The fact that everything was starting to look like a blur didn't quiet help with that either he supposed. Jeff did his best to try and stand his grown but found himself stumbling back a bit, feeling really unsure of what he could do at this point. 'dangit....'
