I don't have any suggestions for you right now but I echo the suggestion of looking through the Casual (or Advanced) subforums, including the Interest Checks, to see if anything catches your fancy. People will be understanding and encouraging if you politely explain that you haven't been in the saddle for 12 years and are eager to get your groove back on.
