One thing i think i might've done wrong, btw
is that Loud Love isn't exactly a supervillain but rather just a superpowered criminal/fugitive. Doctor Doom or Darkseid or even fuckin Clock King, they have ambitions and grand plans or delusions of grandeur n stuff. 
Loud Love is more like a very voracious predator with an added sadistic streak. He doesn't really fight for anything except eating, living and perverse pleasure or justification of his existence.
