Exactly; Ginny was meh, Keiko was meh, but Keiko was less meh than Ginny. Keiko is the ALPHA meh, the character that managed to be meh, but not as meh as others. 

Oh you and your fan service~ But I'm sure that, deep down, Botan might have had a fantasy of being saved and protected by someone as handsome and strong as him. Kurama can kick some serious ass, but he can also take some serious punishment in order to keep those he cares about safe. Remember that one dick in the Dark Tournament that threatened his mother?
