A decent balance of players for three factions would need a [i]lot[/i] of players... personally, I'd go for a neutral faction just because none of these factions appeal. They all sound like a shitty bunch of people.

Then again, the roleplay is called "The War of the Three", so I guess it can't be about anything other than three factions going full ham on each other.
