	Ryan has taken on a more brotherly roll as of late, missing his own brother and feeling the guilt of his death weighing heavily on him these days he does what he can to keep the family together. That is, without having to act too much like he is actually just being nice, it usually has the set up of him trying to get something out of the deal.

[b][color=fff79a]Your First Walker Encounter:[/color][/b] You ever see someone get shived in prison? It isn't a pretty sight. The weapon usually isn't anything special, could even by just a filed down end of a plastic tooth brush. Thing is, it still rips flesh and causes a lot of blood. That is bad enough as you are standing there with the other assholes waiting for the body to be cleaned up and taken down to the morgue. When suddenly that fucker that just got Gods Post Death Pardon stands up and have a second go at his last meal, you run and everyone riots. That's how it started for us in Lee. Shit only got worse from there. 

[b][color=fff79a]History Before Outbreak:[/color][/b] Prisoner #97P904. Convicted July 12, 1997 - Five counts of reckless endangerment, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, criminal possession of a weapon, parole violation. Sentence: Life imprisonment, up for parole in 12 years. Convicted of murder in the first degree in 1998 and parole was extended to 40 years.

	Life growing up on the streets of New York was anything but easy. An Irish American from an Irish Family with a mother who abandoned him and his brother; leaving them with a heavy fisted father. Both he and his brother Cyril took to the streets because they were easier to survive than home. Dealing drugs was easy and within no time Ryan was in control of his own gang with his brother as his enforcer. Ryan was easily able to manipulate people to get what he wanted, never afraid of the consequences and even though he had run ins with the law and short prison terms, nothing ever stuck. He was out on parole before anyone knew it. 

	The pair ran the drug trade through the Irish parts of town. It was going great until 1997, when during a fight during at a funeral his brother was brain damaged. Ryan went on a drug and alcohol induced rampage and nearly killed half a dozen people. Drugs were found on his person and he was tossed into prison for a life sentence but Ryan wasn't worried. He figured he would play good, do what he had to to survive again and be back on the streets before he turned Forty, his only worry was his brother. His wife at the time took Cyril under her care to make sure he stayed out of trouble without Ryan around.

	While in prison he was diagnosed with cancer and thanks to the help of the prison doctor went under treatment. Thinking he was in love and she needed freeing he manipulated his brother into killing her husband; as well as divorcing his wife. His brother was sent to the same prison he was at and Ryan took his brother under his wing to protect him; knowing that with his brothers diminished mental capacity he would be fodder for every sicko within the walls. They were originally assigned to different blocks but a deal was struck and Ryan confessed to being the mind behind the murder, getting another 40 added onto his parole chances. He didn't care at that point, Cyril was moved to his cell block and away from the Aryan fuck wads. 

	The two backed each other up, Ryan's brain and Cyril's brawn made for a dynamic team within the concrete walls once again. Ryan working with the Wiseguys and capitalizing on his ability to manipulate people to keep him and Cyril alive. While Ryan never had the very hand in a persons death, he was the cause of many of them in Attica. Things were going well, as well as they could in prison. That was until someone tried to kill Ryan and Cyril ended up killing the attacker. There as no proof that Cyril just didn't snap and because of this, Cyril was sentenced to death. After his execution Ryan was transferred from Attica to Lee Prison in south Ga to keep him from falling into a suicidal despair because of the familiar surroundings. 

[b][color=fff79a]History Since Outbreak:[/color][/b] The first year after the out break are what Ryan looks at as the worst. While people outside of the walls were dealing with it, he always felt that being locked in a prison was far worse. Sure they had walls but that many people without scruples being locked up and the so called Correction Officers splitting at the first chance they got did not leave a pretty scene. The place was locked down tight. More and more riots broke out, more and more people died, more and more Walkers were "born." But being out in the middle of no where it was better the devil you knew than the one you didn't with most of them. It wasn't until the place finally became overrun in every block that Ryan made a break for it with a few other convicts. 

	Wandering became the normal, small town to small town to try to survive. The group he broke out with grew smaller and smaller by each month that ticked by in year two. Some died, some were killed, some just left. Ryan didn't care, he was still breathing and there was no one left that he cared about. It was back to street wise Irish. Using what he had learned on the streets growing up and in prison, he just survived until the end of year two. 

	The start of year three was when things got interesting for him. He was taken in by a group known as Eden. They were a bunch of crazy fuckers but they had a place and they had supplies. It was better than nothing as far as he was concerned. There he learned a lot of what he needed to survive. Using his ability to manipulate people to stay out of the wrath of Adamm. There he met a country chic that wasn't half bad in his books but she left quickly, he couldn't blame her. Eden was no place for a [i]lady[/i]. Yet, Ryan stayed, it was still better than nothing. 

	That was until a month ago when Eden was overrun by Walkers, a hoard that tore the place apart shortly after a raid on the city of Newnan. Ryan was there just long enough to hear the report that [i]she[/i] was there. A smirk to himself and quick move and he was out of there in the middle of all hell breaking loose. Careful to cover his tracks, Ryan has made his way towards Newnan over the last month; figuring he could use his knowledge on Eden and the fact that Adamm is now aware she is still alive to get behind the walls. Eden might be strong but they are weak right now and Ryan always likes to be on the winning side. Now to see if they will let him in.

Zoie was different than the rest of the women that got pulled into Eden and while Ryan never really agreed with what happened to some of the people in Eden, he was out for number one. He saw that Zoie wasn't going to break though and when he found out she was trying to break free he decided to take care of two birds with one stone. He got her out, but placed the blame on another that was fucking with his territory within the group. The man was killed, Zoie got free. He figured that was the end of it until he found out she was still alive and in Newnan. He knew that was his chance to get out, so he headed there. He doesn't figure she is going to be happy to see him but he knows she is a smart cookie; his information should get him inside the walls if not his Irish Charm.

Ash and Ryan do not get a long and Ryan is the reason for that. Ryan is a smart ass and knows how to manipulate his way around town even if people don't like him. Thing is Ryan gets the job done and is valuable to the city. The reason he hasn't been kicked out on his ass yet.

Kris reminds him some of his brother before he died, so the caring side of Ryan can peek out from time to time.
