Her mind wandering to connect things she is seeing to things she has read. Always looking for that moment when she finds something that reminds her of something else, making a connection with the past. Constantly observing she is the type of person that will usually read more into a situation than might be there on the surface. Because of this she can be looked at as jumping to conclusions but in the end she tends to be right and see things others do not. 

On the flip side of this, when she does open her mouth there is no stopping her. She will let you know exactly what she thinks and carefully words what she says to get what she wants. She is not manipulative though, always out for the greater good. She won't say something just to say it, she always speaks with a purpose, even if that purpose is not obvious to others. She will not dumb herself down to be understood though, which can make her seem impatient with others.

[b][color=a187be]Thoughts On The Murder:[/color][/b] Tragic; not because of the death. Ada felt that death came to everyone but to have a death with no reason behind it was unpoetic. This murder had too many people it could have been but none seemed to have enough of a reason to actually go through with it, even her. It seemed to straight forward, to easy for her in her mind even if it was brutal. Why the brutality? Why the show? Why no admittance? It didn't make since and that was the tragic part. 

[b][color=a187be]History During H.S.:[/color][/b] High School life was pretty decent for Ada. She comes from one of the oldest families in Grimm; in fact the name is named after her ancestor. Her name is an Italian variation of the Grimm line from old and her ancestors were the Brothers Grimm. She adored the fact that she is related to them and this gave her the love of reading and the written word at a young age. In HS she parlayed this into a love of all things academic. Though it didn't make her the typical Bookworm. In fact she didn't really fit into any clique in HS and fit into all of them at once. 

She was part of the swim team and the fencing team growing up, so this placed her with the jocks part of the time. Her family money place her with the preps. Her love of books placed her with the bookworms. An Adoration of fantasy stuck her with the Geeks. Her family name made her cross paths with the Freaks. The only group she really didn't hand with was the Asians and that was just because she wasn't Asian but she would still gab over the latest anime. 

Hard work and floating from clique to clique worked well for her. She was friendly enough not to be screwed with, strong enough to keep her own identity, but could be brash enough that no one wanted her to be around all the time. Didn't matter to her though, she wasn't there to be loved, she was there to learn and learn she did. Graduating at the top of her class and being a member of the homecoming court even though she knew she didn't stand a chance at winning. She didn't even try to get votes. She was too busy studying for the SAT's. 

[b][color=a187be]History Since Graduation:[/color][/b] After the murder, graduation couldn't come quick enough. The murder disturbed her like it did most but that was only because she believe that those investigating it were morons and not looking as deep as they should have. It actually ticked her off when the case was closed. But that was the summer after graduation. Come fall she was out of there and attended Yale in the fall. 

College life was wonderful for her, spending each summer abroad in various countries from Italy to Egypt working in libraries which had texts in them older than the country she had been raised in. Each summer lead to a new love of mythology and ancient texts. Many of her professors figured she would go on to become an archaeologist or a librarian. She kind of became both. Finishing college she moved to Chicago and opened up a rare book shop in the downtown area with the help from some private investors; people she had met during her time abroad. 

The store was slow going at first, not for a lack of customers but for a lack of material. Rare books are rare for a reason, so she expanded on the idea and began to tap into the new age market by bringing in books and reprints of texts on various ancient mythologies. Her store quickly took off and since then she has spent her time surrounded by shelves of books that open the doors to more rare texts here and there. 

Now a days she focuses on the mythological texts to keep her business afloat but she is the person people turn to for her more select selections that she keeps buried in the private floor above the book store. Slowly she has built the library to see in the states outside of institutions but none of these books are for sale anymore. They are her private collection. She will let you see them, for a substantial fee. Which many are willing to pay due to the size of her occult texts. Though she doesn't practice any [i]arts[/i], she still finds them fascinating.

I haven't really spoken to him since HS. The day we broke up, well it scared me. I don't regret falling for him, I regret it ended and that I didn't fight harder to show him he wasn't going to hold me back. I hear he moved to Chicago but I haven't seen him. Maybe I will at the reunion. If I do, I am still not sure what I will say. I just hope he is alright. He was the one that got away. [/center]
