With the continued conversation, and the occupation of busybodies in the kitchen, she decided to sit down on the edge of the loveseat and speak to Viktor for a little. The communication was something she couldn't avoid; he was family. "The trip was long and bumpy. The first week I felt like my spine had shifted in ways it never could." She let out a little laugh. "But eventually we got used to it. It was nice having Isabella with us for a while. Eventually we all started to work together on the trip. Aimee and I would watch the children at times for the whole of the caravan and play games with them. We went hunting at times, and Aimee provided a lot of the meat for the wagon's meals." She felt bad, not being able to speak of -all- that happened on the trip but tried not to show it. "It was beautiful country. I've never seen so much green and abundant water in my life. I felt like I was in the realm of Yahal and had died somehow. The trip was much more enjoyable than three months by boat." She wondered if Viktor was just as imaginative as Noah and put it to the test. She looked upon him, seeing if he had a similar face to that of her husband as he thought. "When we came in sight of the mountains of Zeltiva, new hope sprang up in us. The white caps of the high peaks seemed larger than anything I've ever seen. The towers standing watch seemed ready to defend us from anything that would come our way. It was very beautiful."
