Well the law of conversation could still apply. Every wizard are able to use their magic from the magic stored in them. The magic that they have stored comes from ethernano that is basically every where on Earthland. Once a wizard uses his or her magic, I would assume that it converts back into ethernano or what ever property, element, or something that it relates to.
