Omega: A Witch, Some Aliens, and a Lost Friend...
After a few hours, the Enchantress exited the pod she was placed in to find Omega leaning against the wall in silence. His arms crossed at his chest as he thought deeply. She knew he was thinking of Aaron and their past. Her identity was the last thing on his mind. She had no idea of what to say to him. He spoke first. "Finally awake? Let's get ready to go. Talking to that judge on my own was a mess without you, but what I could get from him was that they'd supply us with a ship that could get us home and that we had won some kind of prize." Omega explained. He walked over to Enchantress who was just sitting up and reached and hand out towards her. She took it and Omega helped her out and onto her feet. "I'll get more of the details when we actually see the judge again." "If he's still here. The other groups are gone and kind of pissed that they lost." Omega smirked. "Guess what though. Now we're registered as participants of the War Pits. Our planet, I mean. It makes it less likely for us to be attacked Independence Day style." "Well that's good. You just have to worry about me then. And probably the military too." "Yeah, we'll get to that when we touch down. We'll probably land at some random location, so we'll have a ceasefire till we get back in the groove of things." Omega joked. "Yes, I need to really ground myself before I get back to hitting your team with everything I have... Now what about June?" Enchantress asked as her hair went from blonde to black while her irises went from blue to a dark green. Omega stared at the woman who awaited his answer. "I don't know what you're talking about." Omega said before nodding his head toward the medical wing exit. The two left, Enchantress with a hopeful smile. It did not take too long for the two to board the ship that had been loaded with loot found to be intact from the arena along with a spearhead with writing that Omega could not read. Enchantress explains that it is a beacon that signals a challenge has been made for the War Pits. With a few grateful words from the judge, the two left and headed home. It would take some time, but they were finally on their way.
