Hes a decent enough person as far as humans go, but he still has some of the arrogance and a tiny bit of the sadism that the Loki are known for.

He will try to be friends, but lack of social skills will get in the way of that.

Basically, saying "Im a Loki" will win you about as many friends as someone today saying "I was part of the Nazi party"

So of course, we are eventually going to have to have someone figure it out.
