Is this either two gods, or two races? Or A God and a Race? Or two Gods and Two races?

Also, whats the limit on the Domains? Can gods just have one? Example, if I wanted to crate a God with the Domains over Deserts, Battle, and Winds, would that be too much? Or are we just limited to one?
