[@Lucidnonsense] Eh, hmm. I'm not too sure about that, we already got two factions from outside our galaxy, a third might be pushing it. Would it be alright if your faction and the civ they're running from are local to the Milky Way? Perhaps they both were from the otherside of the galaxy, virtually untouched by the old imperium and sort of a mystery.
