I mean, he was treated like royalty before. Well, sort of. They feared him or some shit like that. And family matters. Aryou sighed, laying on the bed and attempting to sleep before his roommate came in and interrupted such a blissful moment. "Aryou!! We have class in 15 minutes. You do know that, don't you?" He leaned over, looking at him and blocking Aryou's view of the ceiling. He groaned, turning on his side and attempting to cover himself up. I mean, all the stuff they taught was so easy that they might as well serve him his answers on a silver platter. "Yeah...But... I feel like I could learn more about the world by staying in here and sleeping." With that, he closed his eyes only to have Vincent whip the covers off of him. Brat. He knew how sweet he was but did he really have to care about his terrible attendance? Oh yeah, that's friendship. Something that he didn't have much of in the past. I mean, he didn't really need it anyways. He was fine being alone and sleeping. Occasionally getting in trouble and becoming a fallen angel. That process was pretty annoying though. Aryou finally got out of his bed, making his hair somewhat neat. He was already ready for the day so it didn't matter anyways. His black gloves were on. Walking out of the room, he felt tired already. More, more, and even more bland humans that had no idea that he wasn't a human. They could call us monsters or whatever they wanted but they were the ones without a crystal. They just had empty, gaping holes in their heart. He could see inside of Vincent's heart. The pumping blood yet he couldn't see how many petals he had. Humans were hypocrites. Vincent wasn't bad though, no matter how much he tried to convince himself he didn't like his friend. After all, he treated him to food at times too. His class was already practically full as he walked into the room. Obviously, he was late. "Mr. Kein, good of you to show up somewhat on time today. 5 minutes late." he grumbled. The old man already had enough wrinkles and he wasn't helping his case with the amount of times he furrowed his eyebrows. He just shot the professor a smile and took a seat next to Vincent. Twirling his pencil around his finger as the teacher began to teach. How many times did they really need to hear the same things? Maybe not the same but all boorrriiinnggg. Wasn't there anything fun to do here? He yawned, stretching out his arms as well and earning a gaze from the teacher. Oops, he's pissed. Soon, Aryou had his head on the table but raised it once the teacher began to speak of something...new. Someone transferring at this time? He looked up and saw something that he hadn't seen in a while. A bright red crystal. They weren't common in this town. Most of them were in another state yet here she was. His eyes went a bit wide as he stared at her and she looked back. If she recognizes me as that kid, it'll be a pain. But... she wouldn't know about me. Probably. I mean, the stuff about me killing an angel was just all over the news and shit. But either way, "Seems interesting." With that, he smiled a bit and looked back down at his pencil. His bored gaze returned as he started to twirl his pencil around his finger once again. When's this damn class over?
