[@Fat Boy Kyle] I'm not particularly fond of overheating weaknesses because they rarely come up in Roleplays. lol

But, the radiation weakness is cool with me, he's accepted.

As for who he could know... I'm not precisely sure. I know he asked to be a RAVEN, but I don't know that he would know Cindy without raising a fuss with RAVEN. Meifeng was in other places for awhile (Like for a few years) before returning to Baybridge - then she left again.

[i]But,[/i] we can say he works at the same cafe as Jennifer does (I gave it one of the stupidest names I could think of - Thanks-a-Latte) and use that as a way for them to know each other.
