She'd actually found herself zoning out a little bit, having gotten more relaxed after actually reaching B Wing, as well as being more comfortable after having talked a bit. She started paying attention again once Minako began to reply, although the whole slow talking thing felt kind of dramatic. It was like she was on a game show or something. To be frank about it, Amy wasn't sure if Minako was doing that on purpose or not. Anyway, she watched Minako tap out a couple of messages before agreeing to hang out for a bit more. A grin spread across Amy's face. Part of it was at the prospect of having new company to hang out with - apparently Minako was inviting another friend as well, no doubt one of the 'intriguing' people she'd mentioned earlier, and also getting a little more time to hang out with Minako herself. The other part of it was in response to Minako's teasing, to which she couldn't help but let out a light laugh. "Tolerable, huh? Well, what can I say, Minako?" Not one to be one-upped in the teasing department, Amy grabbed the other girl's hand, bowing theatrically."I aim to please." As she straightened up, Minako asked her about the two schools. It was gonna come up eventually, she supposed. Her face becoming more serious, Amy paused for a couple of seconds. "Well, to be honest, I think people care about the schools way too much. A lot of people want to say Mayweather's good, Delphina's bad, or Mayweather's weak, Delphina's strong... You'll probably hear a lot of it. But honestly, both schools are made up of independent students that can make their own decisions - or at least should be able to. How much they let their choice of school impact that is up to them." Amy shrugged, making eye contact with Minako. While she was talking about this, she figured it was a good time to try and give some advice. "I try to stay out of whatever feuds they've got going on, but if you ever feel like have to get involved then just think about the people you want to stick with. Not the schools - that's just a whole bunch of crap - but the individuals. That's what I'll be doing, if I ever have to." It was the truth, as far as Amy was concerned. The schools weren't ever something that she cared about. The people in them? There weren't many that she'd stick her neck out for at the moment, so she had no reason to take part in their fights.
