They will be the ones creating and handling villains in the story including canon fodder and the character villains that you guys are gonna create simply because I find it odd to be roleplaying yourself with your villain and if it's related to your OC.

Everything goes hand in hand. Their job is to keep things in order and to a degree connecting your characters' story to a story arc. It's not by force but you will know what it entails when their writing shows it's awesomeness. The Story and Villain Mods works together to make an arc.

This system is to ensure that no one Godmods.

[/u]It's advisable to start with level 3's or 4's. If you want a challenge, start with nothing. Same goes for Mage rankings.
