[indent]Wendy Lucker's older sister, and almost the complete opposite of the bookish teen. Where Wendy is introverted, and studious, Diana was always loud and rash. She was rebellious, and has a long record with RAVEN and DOVE due to attitude. Now, she has calmed down quite a bit. She's usually pretty calm, but incredibly on the nose. She has short blonde hair styled into a sharp pixie cut, and brown eyes. Along with a short stature to match her small size. Though, she's quite endowed in the chest area. Along with that, Diana is somewhat muscular. Oddly enough, Diana has a schoolgirl style.[/indent]

[indent]One of the enforcers for the Founding Family, she's one of the warriors up there with the Black Hound - in fact, she mostly takes orders from the violent and mysterious man. She's a contact of Veronica (who detests Makoto), and the two often work together, to the irritation of Veronica. She is a tall Japanese-American woman that stands at five-ten, her build is thin, but underneath the clothes she is surprisingly muscular. That shows in her acrobatic feats of agility, and demonstrations of strength. Makoto dresses pretty casually, but she dresses like people younger than herself (Who says she can't be hip?). While on the job, she wears body armor, and a cloak and mask that is based off the Onryō (Basically a Japanese apparition of vengeance). Along with a variety of chains and hooks. She is rather sarcastic, and mocking - to a playful degree. Especially around Veronica. Makoto's origins are ambiguous, but she seems to have contacts within the Japanese law enforcement - and may have ties to Sazaku.[/indent]

[indent]The main draw that caused the Founding Family to recruit Makoto into their fighting force is her ability to replicate any Metahuman abilities. She can copy up to five abilities - and currently she has three abilities copied. Metal manipulation, teleportation, and super speed.[/indent]
