That was over 15 years ago and the "situation" that was supposed to be under control has only gotten worse. This "inquiry" letter was a 6-page interview I sent out AS A REPORTER FOR FOX 3 days before the biggest rain of blue and orange keyfalls ever known to man fell upon this Earth, decimating life as we knew it. We're down to just under 4 million known population. AND THAT'S MOSTLY MILITARY. Anyway, I have a proposition, but I need to know first, will you listen to everything I tell you to do?
