1). Sure. Limit of 2 - 3.

2). Also a choice. Though considering he/she won't be able to grow like the kaiju/mech gijinkas will, person would need to rely on either say an actual mech/weapon/etc. Unless he/she is a scientist so that wouldn't be THAT necessary.

3). Absolutely! I did note that OCs are perfectly fine. :)
