1. That's good.
2. Sure! Gifs are fine, especially the 2-3 frame spaz gifs.
3. Hero mode images can be any size/angle depending on the panel. Hero mode is the catch-all term for the larger/more realistic panels.

Anyway, I'm gonna have Svenloth post first so everybody knows the posting structure, as well as examples of spritemode/heromode. Time to draw!
