He was about to reply when a strange, sonorous voice sounded in his ear. He began looking around for who was responsible, and much to his surprise, neither the teacher nor his other classmates reacted. Wait, correction, [i]some[/i] of his classmates were reacting. Was that message targeted then somehow?
