[@hatakekuro]Yeah, Nidhogg may be compassionate at times, showing what little humanity he has left to those who amuse them, but he doesn't truly care for anybody but himself. 

Edit: Hell, he sees Shiro as more of Manami's Pet than a person, and Manami as an entertaining annoyance.
