Yeah don't go to rehersals, but I'm guessing that isn't an option, so. Rest, ice on and off-thirty on, thirty off, elevate, and compression-basically use bandages. Stay off them as much as you can. And if it hurts at dancing, for the love of god, sit down. No point doing permenate damage. Ill post soon! But im not doing well at the moment, so it might be tomorrow
