As for Evergreen no team needs to Healers of such power. I know Amelia would see it that way. Her ability is no longer critical to the team's survival especially with Wicked's ability to enhance the team with power grants.

She'd leave because her ability is needed elsewhere, someplace where children suffer, the poor die young or where there is war. If she'd left to do that before Wicked revealed how powerful her ability was Amelia would have felt guilty.
