I recall reading a comic where this dude is scheduled to fight this guy, but when he sees the guy the dude is all like, "OH SHIT" because the guy had posed as a restaraunt employee several hours earlier to slip the dude some high powered laxatives.

A character that has the target discretely poisoned before anybody knows anything about anything. What if your OC had such a level of preparation that if a random thug tries to mug her, she be all like, "I know your address, the addresses of all your kin, and every last one of you has already been lethally poisoned."

Of course that'd be tough as @$#% in PvP considering the necessity of a detailed prep.
