The basic gist is, write anything you like (though entries that conform to the theme generally do better), and when it's complete, send it via PM to [@RPGC entry]. We collect everything and post it in a big thread, where everybody can read your stuff, comment on it, and cast a vote for the winner. That's it! The 'challenges' are optional bonus things you can incorporate into your story/poem/entry -- the staff picks a winner for each challenge. The rest is up to voters.

OH, one more thing. All entries are treated as Anonymous unless you give us permission to sign your name to the entry. If you do sign your entry, it makes it easier to find reviews/comments on your work -- people can tag you in their post and you'll get a site notification, so it's pretty convenient. But that's up to you.
