Preferring jeans and dress shirts; it lets him have at least some sort of clean cut look without being too clean cut. Criminals on the street don't take to kindly to those in suits with badges. Granted they don't take to kindly to those with badges period but not being in your funeral suit as you walk around helps a bit.

He doesn't hold back with what he has to say when it comes to street folk but he is determined enough to want to stay alive and to know when to bite his tongue. This has proved in valuable to keeping off peoples hit list. 

His eyes are always watching and while some people believe they can actually read when people are lying and they can't, his observations are hardly wrong. He knows his gut and follows it. He is corrupt, like most in the department and can be cruel because of it but underneath it all he is starting to feel the small pang of guilt for all the crime he has helped foster in the city. Only time will tell how much longer he can keep it up.

[b][color=6ecff6]The Basics:[/color][/b] Grew up on the streets of Justice and had a juvi record a mile long. He was finally given a choice by a judge - go to the academy, or go to jail. He did well, knowing what a criminal would do because he was one made the real life parts of the training a breeze. Learning the law end, not to much and he struggled but eventually managed to graduate. He met a records Clerk while he was a rookie, Josephine. They were married and everything on the surface seemed fine but after she caught rumors of him covering crimes up and finally was asked by him to loose some records she divorced him. They haven't spoken in years, she left Justice after the divorce and moved to Chicago.
