[@Rawk] Yeah, he's probably gonna have massive amounts of brain damage. I was going for that a higher voltage means he runs faster, but he can't, well, handle it? As in, he can barely run at 45 mph without running into a wall, so if he goes any faster, he needs absolute concentration or he's dead.
