The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics stands by the Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia and the People's Republic of Albania in its defence against Italian agression on their sovereign territory. [b]If Italy does not cease its assaults within 48 hours, leave the territory of Albania, British-controlled Libya and Yugoslavia, and negotiate reparations for this barbarous assault, the USSR shall come to their aid.[/b]

Furthermore, the Pacific fleet shall be increased in strength by elements of the Baltic and Northern fleets to aid China in the defense against imperialist forces from the US and the Chiang Kai-Shek clique. The union between the peoples of the Soviet Union and China shall be proven here.

Finally, we encourage restraint on the part of the US in Cuba. The people of Cuba have chosen their destiny and rightfully stood up to their opressors as they do not wish to be your puppet. Any military action on the part of the US shall result in the development of a tiresome conflict against the Cuban people. You can not control an island of six million people of which only a small fraction desires your presence.
