Vincent watched the projection from Roy and felt slight fascination. Fascination at the difference in Grit. Fascination at the blood. Fascination at the survival of the soulstones even after consumption. He felt a hint of excitement and eagerness to fight the Grit. Then the Queen shut it down, and Vincent couldn't help but feel a slight amount of disappointment. Vincent silently watched and memorized everything the Queen did and said. He really disliked that everyone would come, but if he could get them to agree with his family's mansion then he could easily lose them. He knew the secret passages to get out of the house and could easily move around better solo. He faced his fellows once the Queen finished what she had to say. "I suggest we use my family's mansion as a starting point. It's fairly central to the city as my father is one of the primary Rune Mages of Periphery. There are also several exits and it has a decent level of security, so I don't think it's likely that the Grit have entered much more than the grounds. We could all move to where we need to fairly quickly from there." He hoped they took the option before he forced the issue.
