Roa and his brother, Rin, have always been eager to protect their country, enlisting with Japan's Self-Defense Forces quite early, Roa always preferring a long-range role such as that of a sniper while his brother took greater pleasure in heavy armor and explosive weaponry. The two became an effective pair, Roa's sight and Rin's firepower, they both, however, sought to further their respective fields. Roa had volunteered to be part of an experimental Orbital Sniper Project, The position meant he could overlook entire battlefields and take out strategic targets with his high-powered weapon.

Being up so high also meant he could see the conflict rising again in the world. What he could see combined with the fact that he was almost never allowed to pull his trigger and save a life influenced his decision to resign from the JDF and seek out the newly recalled Overwatch. He has since modified his equipment to allow for "ground" combat and has, with his brother's help, refitted his former Orbital platform with it's own weapon.

Rin can be somewhat rowdy at times and often charges into combat with nothing but excitement. He can get to be reckless and rely too much on his armor but he knows when to back off for repairs. He shares his brother's desire to protect his teammates though probably shares a slightly better comradery with them due to his more outgoing nature.

Despite the size of Rin's mech, Rin himself is not a large man, standing at 5'8" and a slightly muscular build. additionally, despite having been in several conflicts, he has no marks to show for them mainly due to having been in some kind of armored vehicle for them.

Rin had focused more on the armor and weapons side of things, joining the JGSDF's engineer division to go on to design the battle machine he uses today.

He was shocked when he heard of his brother's resignation and it was only four months before Rin decided to track him down and confront him about it. After an slightly violent confrontation Roa was able to explain himself and even convince Rin that Overwatch was the best hope they had.

	Secondary Fire: Heavy Machine Gun
	Indirect Fire: Can lock onto targets within Allies' sights(works with Strike and Morter)
	Rolling Barrage: Activating all of his cannons, Arty barrages an area of the map, obliterating anything within the barrage's zone of fire

Strengths: Heavy damage dealer, Area-denial

Weaknesses: Difficultly dealing with rapid moving opponents at close range. An arsenal of mainly explosives makes close range combat hazardous to himself as much as it does his enemy.
