Oswald Connoly- Infirmary
By this point, Oswald knew better than to laugh at Sapphire's joke. His body was sore enough without him putting it under any more strain. Still, he curled his lip into a smile and nodded in greeting. "Well, I was chatting a bit with Diamond, but she's probably off stuffing her face now that she's got the all-clear to go do her own thing." Awkwardly forcing himself into a half-laying, half-sitting position, Oswald shrugged. "It's just as well. Our mission only went marginally better than the last one did. Shiro was asking about it just before, actually." Remembering Shiro's appearance also reminded Oswald of their failed attempt to retrieve Sapphire's daggers from the lake below Beacon. It was a shame they'd been unable to get them, though he was sure the daggers would still be in...passable condition...if the two were to make another attempt. That wasn't important at the moment, though. "From the lack of your teammates confined to their beds here, I take it your mission went swimmingly." Ooof, a pun. He hadn't even intended it when he started the sentence, but the damage was done. "Ours was...less of a failure than you might think. Technically." Much like the mission he went on with MODA, CODE's mission was a success in that its objective was completed, but weighed on Oswald as yet another failure due to his inability to avoid another bloodbath. "Less of a bloodbath than the last one, at least..."
