once you wrap up in the meadow you may feel free to be timeskip to Ozpin's office, no need to explain yourself as that will also be time skipped with the assumption that each of your characters respectfully have been interviewed. It will be night time by the time you finally reach Ozpin's office. You will not have had the chance to speak with him until that point, and even then when you first arrive Ozpin will not be there.
