Don't have to make a sheet for everyone in your character's history. Just make a mention of them, and the first time he's mentioned in the CS's just write it out like "Phantom [Spectre + Cloak]" was once in a relationship with Black Dagger until she met the Scarlet Arrow. Then to reiterate mention it in the Amalgam Notes at the bottom of the sheet.
