He decided to keep her as his own and he turned her instead of killing her. From the moment she woke up as a vampire she was known as Nora.

Mind-altering powers also known as glamouring or power of suggestion, a pleasureful bite, exceptional healing, and weakened by sunlight. She must be asked to enter before she can enter a human's home.

Just remember, without a reflection, you can't possibly look this fabulous unless you have help with makeup and hair. 

Just a few questions: 

Please define "Uniquely strong and fast among vampire kind" what exactly does this mean? Clarify this as uniquely gives no relative gauge unless she is the weakest and slowest vampire ever. Which would be "uniquely strong and fast" as so would the other extreme of being the strongest and fastest. Please clarify how fast is "uniquely fast" and how strong is "uniquely strong."

Regarding Glamour and suggestion: We've got quite a few of these already, however you have not defined a methodology of using this ability. I'm assuming it is a vocal mesmerization/hypnosis, however please clarify if anything needs to happen e.g. touch/presence/range

The healing I'm going to assume is standard vampiric regeneration levels. But these two items need to be first addressed.
