Well, um, 10 tons is a if I recall essentially a busload of people and her speed is 200mph which is essentially a bullettrain and also can levitate up to 10 stories which reasons out to be around 100ft or so.

So essentially you are superman. But a vampire. I'm going to have to say the levitation is pointless when you can become a bat or mist and travel at 200 mph as you would fly to height of 10 stories in 0.5 seconds. Let me discuss with Wraith here about this since there is no drawback to your character other than sunlight, at which "weakens" is a relative term here since you haven't defined how much weaker the character would be in sunlight once you've defined the norm. This level of power does explain her age (which is another thing we must discuss since we need to establish exactly how old Drac is) the age sets her alive in the 1200's although you haven't quite placed a exact origin, her history as a vampire in activity or her recent events. Making it hard for me to accept a 700+ year old vampire with this level of power with absolutely zero world history other than a glimpse of when she was turned. Consider adding a bit to the character's background to get a better feel of just how "Old" the character is since you have to make up at least 700 years of life unless she just crawled underneath a rock and slept for 670 years.

Also I'm also this critical of others, so I'm not nitpicking, I've asked for similar requirements before when people have attempted to play old bloods so it's not just you :)
