Not so thin, since the ship's main armor is in the way. Considerig everything, it should be star destroyer levels of resistant. The Elicitor has at least one mile from bow to stern and half of that both on beam and full height.

I think you guys are kind of underestimating how strong that thing is supposed to be. If it was just a huge, (slowly) mobile tin can, Victoire would have taken care of it a lot ago.
