Vera nodded slightly. She turned her back to him again, beginning to walk away as she considered some of her possibilities. Suddenly, a crazy idea popped into her head; it wasn't just a crazy idea, it was probably a terrible idea. [i]He said to pick someone he wouldn't expect...[/i] She turned around slowly and met his gaze. "Come with me," she said, as more of a statement rather than a request. "I want to show you more than just that I can drop prisoners at your feet. And maybe I could even learn a thing or two from you," she added reluctantly.
