[Spruce] After spacing out again on why I was so unsure of how long I've been in the guild, myself, as well as anyone the salamence was carrying got dropped off at the top floor, where I could see Desia, as well as Quartzil apparently trying to corrupt Reshiram, who stood there, roaring either out of annoyance, or pain. "Well, looks like he's going insane from our corruption... ah, well, he's your problem, now!" Desia said to us in an oddly happy tone of voice. "Yeah... I dunno what he's gonna do next, so it's a good thing I'm not gonna be here when he does it," Quartzil added, though, he really just reiterated his boss' point. before I could say or do anything, the two opened up some sort of portal and jumped through it, leaving just us, as well as the charizard, salamence, and the other group... as well as Kamina when he gets here... and Reshiram, himself... actually, that was quite a lot of pokemon, maybe I shouldn't have said that they 'left us with just' some of us. Either way, Reshiram roared again, and shouted "MORE INTRUDERS! HERE TO TRY TO CORRUPT ME FURTHER, NO DOUBT!" I tried to say something, but before I could, he shouted again "SILENCE!" and then he attacked me with Fusion Flare... and as my vision faded, I remembered someone telling me about a magical seed that can revive pokemon, even after they've fainted... but they were always too expensive, or just weren't available, so, I guess I never had them... and this was no different. Anthony seemed to be worried about me, how I just took that attack, and wasn't waking up from it, but... maybe he should be worrying about the attack headed his way, instead.
[Anthony] It seemed like Miles was being very vague about why he was like that, just saying 'bad stuff happened', and I wisely opted to not ask him what, exactly that bad stuff was. Instead, it was a very silent ride up to the top, while Kamina was no doubt causing chaos for the entire tower now. Once we landed, Spruce tried his hardest to attack someone off in the distance, but couldn't quite get there before they left... just as well, once I got there, he was at the front of the group, and he took some sort of powerful fire attack, causing him to pass out, instantly. "Spruce, no!" I shouted as I made my way over to him, unaware of yet another attack, this one aimed me. I ended up taking the attack, and my vision started to fade, as well. "Someone... please... get... him...!" I tried to say to my teammates before I, too, collapsed right in front of the giant, fuzzy dragon-type, who took a few steps forwards, and shouted, yet again. "INTRUDERS! ALL OF YOU! I WILL DESTROY ANYONE WHO DARES TRESPASSES ON MY TERRITORY!" He then used some sort of weird attack that involved bright lights, and would probably be especially damaging to void or shadow pokemon... which happened to include Daniel, who was the next to get knocked out, and heck, the guy even landed on me as he fell from the air.
[Nina] "Everything... shifting? I wonder if this could be the work of HIM... but, no, Arceus locked him away about a hundred years ago, didn't he?" The golurk started in response to Dexter's explanation of what mystery dungeons were. Mariah then decided to ask "Who's Arceus?" The golurk, stunned, tried his best to explain... "Arceus is a legendary pokemon whose powers are only exceeded by one other... he is responsible for creating all of us," Of course, I didn't buy into any of this, I was never into religion, or myths about pokemon who probably don't exist, but Mariah seemed captivated by it. "Wow... a pokemon strong enough to create all life?" she asked, mystified by the golurk's description of what almost every pokemon thinks actually happened. "Yes... I knew him, as well... long, long ago," I then finally butted in, and said "Alright, enough bible talk, and enough of the pronoun game, who's the 'HE' you're talking about here? WHO is responsible for mystery dungeons, just going off of the fact that they constantly shift?" the golurk seemed a little angry at me, and he responded with "HE... if... he has agents here, then I should not speak his name, lest he hears me, and attacks me... again," again? This guy's been attacked by this thing, and he STILL won't tell us about it! I thought, somewhat impatient by now, and a little bit mad at the golurk for being so vague. I had a few choice words for him, but, instead of saying them, I decided to stay back, and try to calm myself down... sure, some other team probably took him down, but they were stronger than we were, clearly, and I wasn't ready for a fight with a pokemon as big and strong as this golurk.
[Bonnie] It confused me to not end why Tini was suddenly a genius when it came to catapults, and other 'siege weaponry' as he called it. "Er... sure... yeah, we uh, can't make one, or use anyone here as one," it was really best to not encourage someone like him when it was life or death. I wonder... it's not really that long of a jump... perhaps if I used Jump Kick, I could get across... I thought as I looked at the chasm, and as a few pokemon flew overhead, as if taunting the fact that nobody in our party could fly. I then almost did it, but, then I remembered that I still had to get everyone else across... for all I knew, there weren't any other planks of wood big enough, or strong enough to hold them. Come on... we can't be stuck here! There's gotta be a way for all of us to get across! I basically shouted at myself as I paced back and forth, the client just watched in confusion, and eventually boredom as we got absolutely nowhere fast. I then saw a dragonite land on the opposite side of the chasm, a strangely familiar dragonite, too. I also remembered a bit about her seemingly coming to her senses after we knocked her out... maybe she could actually help? It was worth a shot, at least, and I ran up to the edge of the cliff, risked everything, and used jump kick to somehow get to the other side. I closed my eyes on the way there, but the feel of rock under my feet so soon after I jumped could only mean that I succeeded. I tried not to shout anything, even though I really wanted to, given my recent success, and simply walked up to the dragonite, pretending to be calmer than I was. "Hey, um... miss? Would you mind helping my friends out? We need to get to this side of the mountain, but... well... we can't do it, 'cause there's this huge gap. I only got here through sheer luck," I explained to her. I honestly expected a 'no', but, she actually agreed to help, and she flew over to the other side, picking up Eralion, first, Tini second, and then the client once everyone else was safely on the other side... of course, I almost asked her to help us find the lost nidorino, but she flew off before I got the chance.
