Welcome to the official Pokemon Spiral OOC This shall be the first OOC post of this Pokemon RP. This is where I'll be posting this region's lore, the RP's rules, etc.
Feel free to update this as things progress. A few hiders may be helpful. Name: Gender: Age: Personality: Appearance: Height: History: Anything more than one paragraph ought to suffice. Preferred Starter: No legendaries and no evolved pokemon. Team: Name - Approximate Level - Gender - Ability - Current Moveset (this can eventually include a rotation) Bag items: A hider would be a good thing to keep things clean.

Battles:(the results anyway) should be handled via Showdown. Of course there are exceptions to this rule (encounters that couldn't qualify as a battle, things we couldn't simulate in Showdown, opponents that simply can't be beaten, if the two parties agree that a simulated battle isn't necessary IE: if the parties agree on a draw or the fight gets interrupted, or of course if the people involved don't want to use Showdown, I'm not going to enforce something like that if people absolutely can't/don't want to.) Gym battles will be handled by me or one of the Co-GMs (depending on who's availiable) Avoid Metaposting whenever possible. Minor metaposting like speeding up travel (if you even consider it as such) and such in some situations might be needed. Called Pokemon: These Pokemon have been called by other posters, keep in mind that this doesn't exactly mean you cannot have them. It only means that these posters are going to get these Pokemon at some point. If some kind of conflict comes up about said Pokemon, the first to claim will likely take priority. Currently called Pokemon: Gardevoir(w/mega), Greninja, Sableye, Whimsicott, Quagsire, Weavile, Magmortar, Hawlucha, Skarmory, Tyranitar(w/mega), Tauros, Dragalge, Nidoking, Torterra, Probopass, Sceptile, Chansey, Pyroar, Heliolisk, Jolteon, Meowstic, Arcanine, Blaziken, Breloom, Gothitelle, Starmie, Chandelure, Clefable, Sigilyph, Bronzong, Lopunny(w/mega), Altaria, Umbreon , Gengar, Kingdra, Magnezone. Southeast Island = Astugrad Southwest Island = The Ohq Refuge

The Kosei Region: A vast region that has essentially been torn apart and put back together on multiple occasions by a mixture of cataclysmic natural disasters and terrible power struggles before finally settling only decades ago. It is said that the vast wasteland in eastern Kosei was once a vast forest with many towns and settlements scattered throughout, now only three towns and the once famous Treasure Park exist within the empty wastes. Team Noble: A team shrouded in rumor as mysterious tournaments are held all around the region bearing their seal. Strangely enough, the trainers that win are often found days after the tournaments with nothing taken, their pokemon in perfect shape and seemingly no memory of anything that happened after they won. Some scholars speculate that the group's emblem is quite similar to that of a group of scientists that tried to bring life back to the vast wasteland in the east.
(If some of this seems familiar to anyone it's because a fair bit of it is ripped from an RP before I lost my old account)
