would i be correct in recalling something about the current titan's base being made in something mansion like? or was that a misinterpretation somewhere?

In other words, there isn't a 'titan's tower' right now is there? I got the feeling that was where Mikalo was insinuating he was but i felt like ir ecalled it being mentioned that the titan's were using something different this time :D
