"I would sooner read the report myself before trying to ask any more questions," Oswall said. "I have too many as it is." A few eyes went to Gallus, who was standing up with his arms crossed and his head forward. He didn't seem to notice the looks. Likely on purpose. "You have my deepest sympathies for Irenya," Darahil said, not looking up from the page of the report he was reading. At that, the silence became a solemn one. There was little that anyone knew to say to support Gallus without drawing attention to him. Gallus himself had not reacted to the words for a while. But he eventually mumbled out a "Thank you." Oswall tried to save his son from the attention by clearing his throat. "Perhaps we might give our guests a tour while we go over this report and reconvene later to iron out the details?" Oswall smiled widely, spreading his white whiskers upwards.
